SIMSUM ARTS

The palette in the name suggests that this particular tool is used by the artists to mix acrylic or oil paints on the palette.

A Palette knife is particularly used for mixing the paint and applying the paint to the surface. Applying thick paste onto the surface with a palette knife also gives texture to the surface.
