  6. Sharpener
  7. Kneaded Eraser
  8. Stick Eraser
  9. Blending Tools
  10. Toned Papers

HOW TO DO CHARCOAL ART

  1. Select a few hard and soft charcoal.
  2. Take plain paper.
  3. Hold the charcoal like a pencil for sharp edges.
  4. hold the charcoal on its side for creating broader strokes.
  5. Sketch on the paper with a charcoal pencil
  6. Use compressed charcoal for adding defined edges.
  7. blend the charcoal with a blending stump to add shadows
  8. Create darks and lights using a kneaded eraser
  9. To make the drawing more realistic, Shade it using a soft pencil.
  10. Spray a fixative after completion of the work.
